Our Thailand development center, Block Aero Technologies (Thailand) Ltd, wholly owned by Block Aero Technologies Limited (Hong Kong), is where most of our software development occurs. Its information security management system is certified by the Aviation Suppliers Association Certification Body for the scope: design, development and maintenance of the Block Aero platform for data digitization.

How we protect the network
Access control
Role-based, least-privilege access across the platform, with organization-scoped permissions and joiner, mover, and leaver reviews on a weekly operations cadence.
Encryption and segregation
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict segregation between sandbox, production, and customer private channels.
Blockchain integrity
A permissioned Hyperledger Fabric network. Endorsement policies control which verified organizations can write which records, and every write is signed and timestamped.
Testing and resilience
Independent penetration testing and business continuity and disaster recovery exercises on an annual cadence, with continuous vulnerability monitoring.
Supplier security
Tiered vendor assessments. Any provider touching customer data signs a data processing agreement and is monitored on an ongoing basis.
Incident response
A documented response process with 72-hour root-cause targets and corrective action tracked through closure. Report concerns to support@block.aero.
