Block Aero is the implementation partner of the AFRA-CAAC Registry and the only overseas compliant parts management platform for the program, securing used serviceable material traceability from teardown to installation on China-registered aircraft. The program is in its voluntary participation phase, aligned with the CAAC's Advisory Circular on aircraft disassembly.
