Premium Package

We provide you with access to the test and main networks using your block.aero sub-domain. All the blockchain configuration work is handled for you by us. It has built in functionality for authorities, OEMs, operators, MROs, lessors, and distributors to manage aerospace assets and complete data-driven transactions between each other.

Business Package

Your dedicated Account Manager can help you to configure your blockchain infrastructure to be hosted on a selection of well-known cloud service providers such as AWS and Azure. She will schedule a time with your organization to have one of our IT consultants conduct a digital transformation and blockchain training workshop. The workshop can be carried out on-site by your request.

During the first six months of your subscription, your Account Manager will help you to work with our Technical Advisers to develop one Block Aero Transaction template. These are essentially re-usable, multi-member smart contracts that coordinate, automate, and record process workflows such as aircraft and engine manufacturing, maintenance, trading, and financing transactions. After we get you off to a great start, the possibilities are endless.

Enterprise SLA

You are responsible for an organization that is making a significant contribution to the aerospace industry and must exceed stakeholder expectations. They expect the best from you as you should expect the best from Block Aero. That is why we commit to provide a service level guarantee for Enterprise Customers:

A – Service Availability Performance: We serve your content 100% of the time without qualification.
B – Penalties: If our Service fails to meet the above service level, you will receive a credit.
C – Insurance: We hold a liability insurance policy with at least $2,000,000 of coverage.
D – Support: We will respond to customer service issues within 2 hours for SL 4 incidents.

Blockchain Platform Utilization Fees

Our software-as-a-service charges your enterprise transaction management fees based on the volume of data and digital signatures processed by the Block Aero platform. Fees are charged to your account and billed on the last calendar day.
